Maintenance

We will be migrating #2 over to the new content delivery network and working out some kinks in the process which may take longer than expect.

In the meantime, you may or may not be able to connect during the maintenance as we configure things for a production environment.

Our provider will be performing a core switch replacement within the London cage which will ensure future stability and resolve any current issues with the network in London.

During this time, some European and UK players will be unable to connect to Freeroam #1, and Freeroam #2 will be unavailable for all players.

We will be doing some quick maintenance on server #2 to drastically improve server restart times.

This is expected to take no longer than 5 minutes.

We will be performing some emergency and preventative maintenance on both of our Freeroam servers to limit future downtime and improve connectivity - see the below details for more information.

Freeroam #1 will be migrated to a new provider in Toronto in this time-window which should improve connectivity for players that have been having issues recently.

Freeroam #2 will stay on the current provider for now until our second newest partner gets prepared for the move and the traffic that ...

Our provider will be deploying additional capacity at the Dallas POP. This maintenance will add additional routing and mitigation capacity.

During this time, there may be small interruptions for some NA players as traffic balances across the new redundant devices.

Our provider will be deploying additional capacity at the Miami POP. This maintenance will add additional routing and mitigation capacity.

During this time, there may be small interruptions for some NA players as traffic balances across the new redundant devices.

Our provider will be deploying additional capacity at the Tokyo POP. This maintenance will add additional routing and mitigation capacity.

During this time, there may be small interruptions for some Pacific players as traffic balances across the new redundant devices.

We'll be migrating one of our external service machines to another provider in order to resolve multiple issues with the current provider that we use.

Our provider will be deploying additional capacity at the Miami POP. This maintenance will add additional routing and mitigation capacity.

During this time, there may be small interruptions for some NA players as traffic balances across the new redundant devices.

We will be migrating server #2 over to another provider in order to resolve multiple issues with our existing one that prevents us from running and developing a stable experience and environment.

This is still on-going as maintenance started later than expected.
